Meet your Hosts

  • Nicole is an accomplished fitness enthusiast with a passion for helping others reach their fitness goals. With a degree in Business Management from Johnson and Wales University, our host has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. But it wasn't until she discovered her love for running during her college years, while also playing soccer and running cross country, that she realized how passionate she was about fitness.

In 2011, our host joined the Peace Corps and spent 2.5 years living in Kyrgyzstan teaching health and nutrition lessons around the country, promoting healthy habits and encouraging young women to play sports and exercise.

After returning to the United States, Nicole worked as a personal trainer for corporate gyms, honing her skills and helping countless people achieve their fitness goals. In June of 2020, she took the leap and started her own personal training business, determined to provide the best possible fitness experience for her clients.

Nicole’s passion for fitness is contagious, and she loves nothing more than helping others find joy and fulfillment in their own fitness journeys. She firmly believes that taking care of your body is one of the most important things you can do for yourself, and she loves helping others do just that.

  • Nicole Crivellaro has been professionally in the health, fitness, and nutrition industry for 12+ years. She started in her family's restaurant helping to manage, serve, and cook. In 2012, she graduated from James Madison University receiving her B.S. in Kinesiology focusing in nutrition and exercise science. In 2014, she began working for the leading luxury health club, Equinox, for 8 years. During this time she started a business as a meal prep nutrition chef creating macro-based meals for clients. In 2021, she decided to do this full-time and established Nicole Crivellaro Nutrition LLC.

She now works 1:1 with clients who have a range of goals to better their nutrition intake and habits. Her experience ranges from pre/post-natal, those looking to lose weight, take less medication, compete in fitness competitions, or even want to be educated on how food is metabolized in the human body. Her love of food and nutrition has helped clients improve their habits, knowledge, skills, and understanding of food as a lifestyle rather than a diet.

  • Drawing from her almost decade of experience in corporate finance within Fortune 50 companies, Dinah Simpson offers profound insights into stress management and burnout prevention. Through her own journey of overcoming stress-induced health issues, Dinah discovered the transformative power of holistic practices such as meditation, breathwork, sound therapy, and Reiki. These modalities not only alleviate stress but also foster a sense of well-being by promoting relaxation, enhancing mental clarity, and restoring inner balance. Creating a lifestyle that prioritizes well-being is achievable when all facets of our lives are harmonized.

During our Wellness Getaway, Dinah will offer tips and techniques, gently guiding participants in harnessing these practices to cultivate resilience, inner peace, and sustained vitality amidst the challenges of everyday life.
