“Nicole has been training my wife and I for the last 14 months. When we started I was at least 20 pounds overweight and extremely weak. Being in my mid-forties and facing the prospect of chronic pain and fatigue if knew that if I didn't make a serious set of changes the next 20 years would be a problem. “I have worked with Nicole on and off on my fitness goals for about 6 years now. I had struggled for most of my adult life trying to lose weight and sculpt my body and spent hours upon hours on a treadmill, never getting the results I was looking for. Nicole totally transformed the way I thought about working out and helped me see real changes in my body as she incorporated HIIT workouts, circuits/strength training, and tailored each workout to fit my needs wherever I was at (i.e. using what I had at home to workout with and/or what I had access to at my gym). Nicole has a way of pushing you really hard, but making things super fun at the same time.
Also side note* A couple of years ago I had a goal of running a half-marathon (even though I am definitely not a long distance runner). Nicole is an excellent trainer, she is flexible and innovative in her approach. There were moments when conditions were less than ideal ie: weather, studio space, equipment etc - however she overcame these challenges with tenacity and a positive disposition, ultimately providing a great experience.
