Private Training
Nicole trains at her home studio in Kensington, MD, virtually, will travel to you, or rents space at Training Ground in Bethesda, MD. Depending on what you’re looking for and where you’re located Nicole will help you figure out the best fit.
Included is a complimentary movement assessment to identify any mobility or stability limitations, as well as an in-depth discussion of your current lifestyle, goals, and health history. She offers an entirely customized and integrated approach to fitness for her clients based off their assessment. Pricing and session options available upon request.
Couch to 5k, Half Marathon and Marathon programming
Couch to 5k! Nicole is a certified RRCA running coach and has run 10 marathons in her lifetime.
If your goal is to run 3 miles or 26.2 she will get you to the finish line. Nicole will create a week to week program that tells you exactly what to do each day of the week depending on specific client goals.
Nutrition Coaching
At least 80% of your success will happen through how much and what you put into your mouth.
Nicole is a certified Precision Nutrition coach and uses behavior change coaching to help you develop a healthier, more balanced approach to nutrition. The complimentary fitness assessment is the first step in determining the optimal way for you to eat to get the most out of your training, stay healthy, reach your fitness goals and still enjoy what you love!
Small Group Classes
Small group kettlebell strength training consists of 6-8 people focusing on building strength, mobility, and overall fitness using bodyweight and kettlebells.
Groups are big enough to have fun group energy, but small enough that everyone gets specific attention and everyone has enough space to socially distance. All levels are welcome!
